Top notch customer service. Ordering was very simple and painless. I ordered two pairs of boots and one pair of gloves. The gloves had an issue and I had to send them back. I was able to get a different pair of gloves and I also got the powersport gloves. I've put about 3800 miles on the boots, and about 1300 miles with the black Gauntlet gloves so far. The gloves are definitely the best ones I've ever owned (I've been riding for 37 years). The boots feel and look a bit different at first. They take a minute to get used to. The boots are now my favorite piece of riding gear. They are so comfortable. They are built perfectly. When I use the highway pegs, it's just right with the extra ankle protection, it's perfect no matter how I place my feet! Solid reinforcement for the heel and toes (some manufacturers put a shift pad for wear, Indie Ridge just puts a second layer of leather on the whole front of the boot!) The feel is perfect for shifting and braking. You can feel the response of your machine. One of my concerns was grip. Forget about it! I've put the boots through rain, oil spills on the road, and at gas stations, gravel, and gritty, sandy condition stops. Boots grip perfectly, no slipping so far. (By the way, I'm on a Harley Electra Glide Ultra Classic Limited @ over 900 lbs.) These boots are a real game changer. I threw my Harley boots away because there is no comparison.
