    FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

    1. "What size should I order?"

Your most common size in sneakers/tennis shoes. The boots run a tad long, but the MOST IMPORTANT THING is that your heel feels nice and snug and your toes aren't hitting the ends of the boots. They should feel tight around the rest of the foot until you break them in.

    2. "But I saw a review that said—"

LET ME STOP THERE. Did the review specify what version he had? Is it the same boot you're going to buy? Do you have his foot? No. No. Hopefully no.

I make upgrades with every batch. The little numbers next to the boot name indicate what version you'll be purchasing.

    3. "So what size should I order?"

For men? Your most common size in tennis shoes (NOT boots). For women? I'd say go up a size if you're on the fence.

    4. "Okay, I got them, and they feel a little tight. Did I get the wrong size?"

Probably not. Take the laces completely off and walk around. The only thing that should feel comfortable is YOUR HEEL. As long as it's nice and snug, the leather will soften and the boot will mold to your foot.

    5. "Wait, so I can actually wear them?"

Yes. It's called "The Live Free Guarantee". How can you know if you like riding boots if you can't wear them — or even *GASP* ride with them?

There are some limitations though. Read "The Live Free Guarantee" — but overall, I want happy customers. Happy customers come back.

    6. "I can really return them even if I've worn them or ridden with them?"

Yes, but again, read "The Live Free Guarantee", it's our UNOFFICIAL Return Policy. Our Official Return Policy is called The "Road House" Return Policy. They work hand in hand. If you abuse "The LFG", you won't be able to purchase from us in the future.

    7. "It's Thursday and I need my boots for a ride Saturday, will they come in time?"

No. You can buy expedited shipping at checkout, but that does not include Fulfillment Time (1-2 business days) and shipping times are estimates.

    8. "What kind of conditioner should I use on my new Indie Ridge boots?"

I've probably tried every conditioner/oil that exists. I recommend "Leather CPR". It's cheap and you'll never see the bottom of that tub.

    9. "Do you ship internationally?"

Yes. But you're responsible for all shipping fees, in addition to duty and fees. Sorry, but you know where you live.

    10. "How do I return or exchange a product?"

For domestic orders, click anywhere it says "Size Exchanges & Returns", enter the email address you ordered with, and follow the instructions. For international exchanges, contact us at hello@indieridgeusa.com

You can email us with any other questions just don't ask how to do a Size Exchange or Return.

Or call us at (323) 207-9181 between 9:30am-5:30pm Pacific Time. If I don't answer, Stephanie (the nice one) will.

If you leave a message, I'll call you back and we'll talk about nothing, or everything, for 45 minutes.

    - Steve

    saved me from disaster

these boots were what came between my 600 pound FXR and foot/ankle. the doctors and myself are certain that without proper riding gear like these boots my foot and ankle would be absolutely toast. I mean severely shattered and twisted... long gone are the days I ride without proper Moto boots like this badass pair. very grateful... thank you

    Quality pair of boots

I ordered a pair of the Cheyenne boots and I can honestly say - I'm not disappointed. I usually hate ordering things like this without seeing them first, but after checking out the web site I liked the idea of a small-batch, small company, with apparent dedication to customer service. To me, it seems like everything that sounds great turns out to be BS anymore, so I was skeptical. I called to ask a quick question, and ended up speaking to a regular-sounding guy who chatted with me for a bit and thanked me for the call. Not a rep. Sounded like a person who liked what he does for a living. So I ordered the boots and they took less than 2 weeks to get to my door. They are light, yet seem to have good built-in protection. The quality of the leather is very good, but not overly thick. Actually very stiff at first, but are breaking in nicely after just a day of use, and it seems clear that these boots are going to have a decent long life. I'm VERY satisfied with the order - my first impression couldn't be better, and if they hold up and wear as expected I will definitely buy a pair of the Crow next. Keep up the good work!

    Best motorcycle boot ever!!

Recently as I was on my 58 mile commute to work at 5 in the morning a lady in a pickup ran a stop sign and crossed my path, I hit her in the door and went down sliding under her truck. She came to rest in the median with the rear tire on my boot and foot. The accident resulted in me having a shattered pelvis and 3 broken ribs, the Indie Ridge boots protected my foot and ankle, no injuries on them at all. I have worn Indie Ridge for over 2 years and have logged over 50,000 miles on them. While I’m healing from my injuries I have purchased another Triumph motorcycle and a pair of Indie Ridge Boots!

    Great boots, Great fit

I'm very pleased with the entire experience. Ordering was easy. Reviews were helpful. Based on the reviews I ordered my normal US size 9. Boots arrived when expected. The fit was perfect. Boots are light weight, comfortable and well made (designed by Indie Ridge and made in Pakistan). I've only been using them for two days while practicing slow maneuvers on the motorcycle (cruiser). No issues with shifting and the soles really grab the ground when coming to a stop. Time will tell but my first impression is.....this was a good purchase. I've never purchased boots without trying them on first but I took a chance. It's great when it plays out like this. All too often expectations aren't met. In this case my expectations were met if not exceeded. Indie Ridge don't change a thing with this boot. If you do let me know before hand so I can buy a second pair first.
